It is important to balance independence and community, as we all want both privacy and fellowship. At GlennPark we offer many activities for your enjoyment. You can choose to do as little or as much as you wish. Because all of us have shared experiences such as The Depression, World Wars, moon walks, and grandchildren, it's relatively easy to develop new friends and companions.

As we are diminished by the passing of others, so too are we enlivened by wholesome involvement, social events, and acts of sharing. In many ways our staff members are facilitators, creating an environment for friendships.
