Our one and two bedroom Bungalows are designed for individuals who are independent and do not need assistance or who need light assistance, but would like the comfort, security and freedom of maintenance free living that The Bungalows provide. Many meals, social events and activities will be held in their private Clubhouse.
GlennPark promotes independence, respects privacy and provides assistance when needed. Some things covered by the monthly fee include real estate taxes, property insurance, trash removal, all utilities except cable and phone, a monthly meal package and appliance repair and replacement.
Additional included items are snow removal, interior and exterior maintenance - from appliance repair to lawn care, emergency call service, schedule transportation, and unlimited access to the Clubhouse.
And then there are things like routine blood pressure checks, social programming and entertainment, prioritized admission to The Inn, twice a month housekeeping, monthly nurse checks, and complementary wellness needs assessment and RN consultation.
All in all, a pretty complete package of services and amenities.
